Manual Verification System
To ensure accessibility for Egyptian creators, we utilize a manual verification system for Vodafone Cash payments. This process ensures 100% secure transaction handling.
1. Payment Process
Once a transfer is made via Vodafone Cash, users must upload a clear screenshot of the transaction receipt through the dashboard or send it to our official WhatsApp support line. Access is typically activated within 2-4 hours.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access to tools and resources, we do not offer refunds once an account has been activated and the content has been accessed.
3. Membership Duration
The Creative Hub Annual Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of account activation. One membership covers everything — all tracks, all tools, and all future content. Renewal notifications will be sent 30 days prior to expiration.
Important Notice
Please ensure you send the exact membership amount. Excess amounts will be credited to your account for future use, and insufficient amounts will delay activation until the balance is cleared.
